Barcelona's Lionel Messi experiencing worst goal drought since 2011
A goal drought for Lionel Messi isn't the same as it for others, as we have seen top strikers go months without a goal. The Argentine scores so much that it is rare to see three matches go by without him scoring.
But he didn't score for Barcelona in a 1-0 loss to Real Sociedad on Saturday, marking the fourth straight match that he hasn't scored. It's the first time he has gone four matches without a goal in all competitions since May 2011.
